General Returns Policy

Returns is a service offered by each seller individually under this policy, which allows the customers to choose between exchange, replacement or refund for their purchases.

We do not accept returns for the following items. For these products, please check the item carefully when it is delivered and if needed, refuse it on the spot:

    • Underwear, bathing suits, gym clothes, nightwear and lingerie.

    • Fragrances and makeup.

    • Jewelry.

    • Health & wellness products.

    • Baby care: bottle teats, nipple care, breast pumps, diapers, nappies, wipes and wipe warmers.

    • Personal Care: Conditioners, Creams, Deodorants, body and skin care products.

    • Electronics and furniture.

    • Hair & Hair Products

For missing items and damaged products especially, broken screens please verify with our riders during delivery and return on the spot.

Requirements for Returns.

Returns will only be granted for faulty and incorrect product delivered. Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery and the return must include:

Proof of purchase – the document given to you along with the product, on delivery.

Original packaging.

Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories that came with the purchased item.

Return Process

To return an item, please go to your account and click on order history where you will find an option to request your return, or you can call our call center on +251988043345 to make your return request. We will keep you informed by email and SMS about the progress of your return request.

When we receive your return, a quality check will be done by our aftersales team at the Wos Gebeya fulfilment center. Please make sure that the items meet the returns criteria stated below as items that do not meet the returns criteria will be sent back to the customer after quality check is completed.

After checking your return and the condition of your item, we will initiate the replacement or refund process (within 10 business days) and we will keep you updated through your account, email and SMS. Once your request process is finished you will receive a replacement, refund or store credit based on your preference.

Returns criteria.

Items can be returned within 7 days if they satisfy the following conditions: Electronics and large appliances.

Change of mind: item MUST BE UNOPENED, in original packaging, show no signs of use, and have all accessories (including free bundled offers).

Defective products: item must be returned with original packaging and have all accessories.

Wrong items delivered: item must be in original packaging, show no signs of use, and have all accessories (including free bundled offers). Fashion and other returnable items.

Refunds and replacement process

The refund will start once we have received and verified all the documents/items needed for the refund process to start. Replacements will be shipped within the deadlines stated in our shipping policy. To make sure your refund or replacement request is successful, please:

Verify that the item to be returned is in the original packaging, is sealed (except for defective items), and that all parts are included (no missing item). Once the item passes a quality check at our fulfilment center, Wos Gebeya will refund the full amount paid, minus any shipping charges incurred during delivery.
